Courier/Shipping and Delivery

  • How long will it take for me to receive my ordered artwork? Based on where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your artwork between 7 to 15 business days after placing your order. We will inform you via email and text message about courier details at every stage. Online tracking is also available in most cases.
  • How do I know if the artist has sent my artwork? Easel Stories does its best to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. At every stage of the process, you will receive SMSs and emails from us. Please make sure your contact details with us are updated and correct.
  • I have received my order, now what? You must confirm receipt of your artwork to us once you have received the artwork, the authenticity certificate, and know the condition of the courier dropped off your order. Please let us know your thoughts on the artwork and the Easel Stories experience at this point. We'd also love to see your art in its new location! To get in touch, please email us at contactus@Easel Stories.
  • Are the paintings framed before shipping? On the website, each work's shipping condition is listed alongside its details. Easel Stories, however, prefers to ship artworks rolled to minimize any chance of damage during transportation. Furthermore, we believe that you should be able to frame your painting however you like. One of the joys of owning a piece of art is owning the process that goes into installing it.
  • How do I frame or install my art? At Easel Stories, we believe that there’s only one rule to installing art – make it shine. Make sure the artwork gets the attention it deserves by selecting settings, frames, mounts, and walls. It shouldn't be overshadowed by anything else. Backgrounds and surroundings that are simple and clean will make your artwork the focal point of the room. The focal point of the painting must be at eye level when you hang it. In other words, if you have a large element in your painting, it needs to be centered. A painting should have some ‘viewing distance’. Standing a few feet away (2-5 feet) will allow you to appreciate the painting in its entirety. Make sure there are no reflections off the glass on your painting. Installing some spotlights on canvas paintings is a great way to reveal its depth and beauty. You should frame canvas works with mount and glass and frame paper artworks without a glass mount. Make sure your art is protected from direct sunlight and moisture, which can seriously harm a beautiful work of art.
  • What if I receive a damaged artwork? We're sorry to hear that your artwork has been damaged in transit. Please share videos and photographs of the damaged work(s) within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to contact@easelstories.com. We will initiate the refund if found valid.
