My Thoughts My Journey….

Painting is life for me. It makes me feel joyful. No matter how much I paint, the thirst does not get quenched rather it increases with every painting.

When I pick up a brush my hands feel a surge of energy. They create an alternate world on the canvas and there are moments when I don’t even know what I may be creating but, at the same time, my imagination is always at par with my conscious world.

My paintings are a spontaneous response to mu surroundings where I am always a child at play. I tell stories that are a part of my emotional and spiritual reflections to bond with my viewers and extend my internal journey in all possible ways

The process of painting has been a kind of meditation for me and my keen interest in yoga has been an aid to my artistic journey.

It has been many-a-struggle before I have found ways to communicate with the world. Spiritualism has played a very vital role in my life and I find it extremely necessary to express my faith and my beliefs. The joy that I feel in creating my art cannot be equalled easily and a lot of my spiritual reflections are centred around my creative process. They are both one and the same thing for me.

I just lose myself in the process, I let things break, let them get chaotic, let the canvas get muddy, I let things flow naturally because I believe that great process creates great paintings.

I believe that my idea of art has always been very lightweight and can be easily created and is equally easy to receive. My art invigorates me and makes me wise with every passing day.
